We expect mutual respect between patients and all members of the health team at Ballarat Medical Centre. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated within the practice.

We expect patients to respect the privacy of other patients in the waiting room.

Mobile phones should be switched off in the waiting room and consulting room. Children should be supervised at all times.

We acknowledge your right to have more than one general practice clinic manage your health care needs but would appreciate full disclosure on your past and current medical treatment to allow us to provide you with the best possible care.
